Over the past five years, I’ve been working for the startup, Jitjatjo, where I was responsible for consistent design and adding product features across the platform, as well as ensuring technical inputs were in line with regulatory requirements.

What’s Jitjatjo? It’s “a workforce management solution for gig workers in the hospitality space”. Basically, a multi product solution for talent to find work, managers to post jobs and agencies to assign their workforce. Three main products focus on achieving this: Flex, OnDemand and Agency Network. The fourth product, Dash, is the back-end admin tool used to collate all the data from each product.

The app used for workers to find gigs. The following are figma links with prototypes.

The app used for managers to post jobs and find workers. Includes a mobile and web version of the app.

The app used for recruitment agencies to access gigs and assign workers.

The back-end app used to house all information on applicants, workers, venues, gigs, payments, etc.
