The app used for recruitment agencies to access gigs and assign workers.

Design Process

Our design process was all about getting something out, in-front of a user, seeing how it performs before iterating on that idea. This allowed us the flexibility to design fast, make changes fast, and get to an end result quickly.

But where to begin…?

The following are a select few pieces I had direct involvement with to showcase the breath of projects I worked across

I would love to chat about the full process for each project with you, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Workforce

As a recruiter, I want to be able to add my inventory of workers to the system in order to assign them jobs.

The ability for a recruiter to add an individual worker or by bulk with as little information needed in order for that work to be assigned to a job, with the ability to add more information to that worker at a later date if needed.

Future Jobs

As a recruiter, I want to see what jobs are available and assign my workforce to them.

The jobs page allows a recruiter to view a list of jobs and where they’re in the process of being filled. A recruiter is able to open individual job pages, look through the requirements, and assign the appropriate worker to those gigs.

Dashboard Analytics

As a recruiter, I want to see breakdown metrics so I can view past performances and get future insights across my business.

A major selling point for recruiters on the platform is the ability to easily trace the metrics and performance across their business so they can make critical decisions going forward. We worked closely with recruiters to make sure what they were interested in seeing was added to the dashboard.
