The back-end app used to house all information on applicants, workers, venues, gigs, payments, etc.

Design Process

Our design process was all about getting something out, in-front of a user, seeing how it performs before iterating on that idea. This allowed us the flexibility to design fast, make changes fast, and get to an end result quickly.

But where to begin…?

The following are a select few pieces I had direct involvement with to showcase the breath of projects I worked across

I would love to chat about the full process for each project with you, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Applicant Details

As an admin, I want to see all applicants so I can make sure they are ready for their interview stage.

The applicant page holds all the information a potential worker has filled out in the Flex app. An admin can then go into that applicants profile to review all the necessary elements that have been completed and reach out to them if they have not completed the on-boarding process.

Workers Details

As an admin, I want to see an individual workers details page in order to view their scheduled jobs and address any specific issues.

The workers details section is an extensive page that list individual workers (talent) and allows for an admin to view the complete history of that worker.

Future Jobs

As an admin, I want to have a global view of all jobs on the platform, allowing me to address any issue that may occur on the platform.

The future jobs page in Dash allows an admin to have a full view of all the jobs available within the JJJ platform. This allows them to view individual workers status’ and also address any issues that may come up in the invite process for that particular job.

Past Job Alerts

As an admin, when an issue occurs for a worker within a past job, I want to be alerted to the specific problem in order to address it.

As part of the alert function, I added in-line callouts when an issue within the system has been detected, allowing an admin to easily view that specific issue instead of wasting time searching throughout the page.

Calendar View

As an admin, I want to see all jobs, past, active, and future, within the system at once and their fulfillment rate.

I created a calendar function so that admins can easily have access to all jobs within the system, past, present, and future. They can also see which jobs have been filled and which jobs may become more of a priority as that job starts to go live.
